
Al Zaraq Restaurant can be found off the N332 at Km 172. It was named after Al Zaraq, who was the fiercest rival of Jaime I and who resisted the Christian conquest.
The restaurant offers 5 hotel rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and each decorated with antique furniture and inspired by Arab culture and history. Abdo Muhsen and his wife Cristina Soria serve Lebanese cuisine in this small restaurant with Eastern decor, a lovely garden, and views of Calpe.
Recommended dishes include any of the lamb dishes, home-made icecream, Arab sweets all hand made by Abdo. Three set menus are offered
